Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Hybrid or Remote
Compensation: $250,000 - $300,000 Base + Bonus/Profit Sharing

Key Responsibilities for the CFO
• Lead financial strategy and provide oversight for acquisitions, divestitures, and startup entities
• Develop, validate, and analyze pro formas and complex financial models for growth initiatives
• Serve as a key financial partner during due diligence, transactions, and partner discussions
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, investors, and business partners
• Oversee the accounting and finance organization, including Controllers and broader accounting staff
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, scalability, and organizational effectiveness
Ideal Background
• Insurance industry experience required; MGA and/or Bermuda market experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success with M&A transactions, due diligence, and financial modeling
• Experience as a CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance, Controller, Head of Accounting, or similar senior finance leader
• Proven ability to operate credibly with executive leadership, partners, and external stakeholders
Travel
• Approximately 20 days per year for executive meetings, partner collaboration, and leadership events
