- 1st Shift: $17.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: $19.00/hr
- 3rd Shift: $19.00/hr

- Are you 18+ with a High School Diploma/GED?
- Can you follow verbal/written safety and quality directions and read work instructions that include words and drawings?
- Do you communicate clearly in English with teammates?
- Are you comfortable with basic math?
What You’ll Do
- Rotate through production stations to keep output aligned with demand.
- Fill, assemble, and plug flexible containers with solutions or premixed drugs.
- Overpouch and seal bags, then verify seals meet specifications.
- Inspect overpouches, printed bags, filled bags, and components for quality.
- Print labels and barcodes via a computerized printer; replace foil/ribbon and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Supply filling stations with printed bags and all required materials.
- Correct previously identified overpouch seal or packaging issues.
- Perform scheduled quality checks using gauges and a scale.
- Carry out and document scheduled cleaning activities.
- Immediately notify your supervisor and take appropriate action if safety, quality, mechanical, or discrepancy issues occur.
- Follow SOPs and cGMP rigorously to meet quality standards.
- Uphold a clean, safe workspace using 6S principles.
