We partner with top manufacturers of TCGs, sports cards, and other collectibles, offering superior customer service. We provide warehouse and store-level distribution as well as B2C fulfillment for the best brands in the industry. The Chain & Mass Chain Account Manager is responsible for strengthening and expanding business within assigned multi-store retail chains and mass chain retailers. This role emphasizes long-term account development, working closely with both corporate buyers and store-level contacts to support replenishment, allocations, and category growth across TCG and related product lines. Key Responsibilities: Account & Relationship Management Maintain and deepen relationships with corporate buyers and store teams across assigned chain and mass chain accounts, ensuring consistent communication and support for ongoing product needs.Highly organize and manage multiple chain and mass chain accounts simultaneously, staying detail-oriented across a growing portfolio. Product & Category Growth Present new releases within existing TCG brands especially high-demand, allocated items and guide accounts through release schedules and expectations.Introduce new product categories (e.g., accessories) to enhance overall assortment and drive incremental growth. Operations & Fulfillment Coordinate effectively with warehouse operations, understanding each chain and mass chain account's shipping requirements and routing guidelines. Finance & Reporting Monitor A/R for assigned accounts and partner with finance to resolve outstanding balances or invoice issues.Utilize tools and reporting systems to manage forecasting, sales tracking, and account performance visibility. Qualifications: 35 years of account management experience, preferably with multi-store retail, mass chain, or distribution-based partners.Knowledge of TCG, hobby, gaming, or adjacent consumer product categories is a plus.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Tech-savvy and comfortable with reporting platforms.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple chain and mass chain accounts simultaneously. #LI-Remote
