Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer people in the country and our team of 9 offices and provides a comprehensive range of Soccer services and products:
Academy Coach Role
Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams & players whilst following a set Challenger curriculum. This role will mainly involve.
- Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-8 years old)
- Communication: to your Regional Director weekly.
- Scheduling: follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on incremental weather
Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is desirable.
Compensation
$25 gross per hour. Gas expenses are additional compensation.
Location
Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1hr radius of your home.
Times
The sessions will be
4-6pmMonday- Friday evening,
weekend sessions.
Requirements
Must be comfortable working with younger children.
Must have experience working with children.
The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
