Group/Division

The KLA Services team consists of Service Sales, Marketing, Spares Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, Digital Solutions and Analytics, and Technical Product Support. Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers'' KLA assets - with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

Lead and evolve global electrical engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines across a diverse facilities portfolio.

Review electrical designs for capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, and critical facility improvements to support consistency, quality, and compliance.

Guide technical strategy for power distribution, UPS, generators, transfer systems, and other critical power infrastructure.

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve resiliency, operational readiness, and long-term facility performance.

Support renewable energy and electrification initiatives, including solar, battery storage, EV charging, and utility coordination where relevant.

Translate technical requirements into clear standards, design guidance, and executive-ready summaries.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Execution Apply Prosci's 3‑Phase Process to develop change approaches; leverage established decision forums, standards, templates, and guardrails that integrate with project/program management.

ADKAR Planning & Delivery Diagnose Awareness/Desire/Knowledge/Ability/Reinforcement needs; translate insights into targeted communications, training, coaching, and reinforcement plans that remove barrier points and accelerate adoption.

Sponsorship Support Support executive sponsors in performing the ABCs of Sponsorship (Active & visible participation, Build coalitions, Communicate directly); contribute to building and sustaining an effective sponsor coalition.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Segment impacted audiences; craft leader‑led messaging and people‑manager toolkits; manage feedback loops and resistance strategies aligned to ADKAR barrier analysis.

Readiness, Adoption & KPI Tracking Track people‑side success metrics (readiness, adoption, usage, proficiency, reinforcement); contribute to dashboards and insights that inform decision‑making and benefit realization.

Integration with Program Delivery Partner with project managers to align milestones, risks, cutover, hypercare, and sustainment; ensure change plans are embedded in overall delivery plans.

People Manager & Change Agent Support Support networks of change champions; equip people managers with coaching plans and accountability to reinforce behavior change.

Continuous Improvement & Sustain Outcomes After go‑live, measure adoption, identify gaps, and recommend reinforcement and corrective actions to secure long‑term results.

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Practiced change practitioner who is fluent in the Prosci 3‑Phase Process; able to apply methods to diverse initiatives.
• Strong collaborator comfortable contributing to priority discussions and working with senior stakeholders.
• Effective communicator who can simplify complex change for varied audiences.
• Analytical problem‑solver skilled at pattern recognition, barrier identification, and data‑driven interventions.
• Organized and detail‑oriented; solid facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a master's.
• Experience supporting executive sponsorship and contributing to sponsor coalitions.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise‑scale change programs within cross‑functional teams.
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (required or strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with change and project tools (e.g., M365, SharePoint, Planner, Project, Teams, ClickUp).
• Experience tracking adoption KPIs and contributing to benefit realization reporting.

Total Rewards

Base Pay Range: $89,600.00 - $131,400.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA
