We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Changeover Technician to join our manufacturing team on first shift. This role is responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, disassembling, and cleaning production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient changeovers between products.
Job Description:
Set up, troubleshoot, disassemble, and clean equipment across two or more production work centers.
Support machine operators on the production floor to maintain efficient operations and minimize downtime.
Assist with training machine operators on equipment setup, operation, and changeover procedures.
Perform minor machine maintenance after completing the required training.
Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and complete assigned tasks to support equipment reliability.
Assist with fill tests and initial production runs for new products or product changeovers.
Verify that equipment is properly changed over and ready for production, emphasizing getting it right the first time.
Follow all quality control procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and established safety guidelines.
Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas while ensuring equipment is ready for the next production run.
