Channel Sales Representative

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Channel Sales Representative for a leading gas systems manufacturer serving the propane, industrial gas, and energy markets, which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in channel and outside sales of complex engineered systems looking to further their career in energy and gas equipment sales.

• Generate demand and grow sales through a network of integrator, OEM, and resale channel partners; onboard and support new reps.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and partner meetings; travel approximately 50% (1-2 weeks per month).
• Negotiate channel agreements, pricing, and annual sales programs; lead business reviews on forecasts and growth.
• Advise partners and end users on product selection, system sizing, and integration; prepare quotes with engineering.
• Maintain pipeline and sales activity in Salesforce CRM and achieve annual sales targets.

Essential Qualifications

• 5-8 years of channel or outside sales experience selling complex, non-commodity systems in propane, natural gas, industrial gas, petroleum, energy, utilities, electric, or HVAC.
• Completed bachelors degree required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills; high integrity; valid passport.

Bonus Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals; experience selling through rep or integrator networks.
