What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans and physician orders.

• Supervise and support caregivers during assigned shifts.

• Complete assessments, monitor vital signs, document care, and administer medications.

• Respond promptly to Sisters’ needs and changes in condition.

• Maintain a safe environment and follow safety and infection-control protocols.

• Communicate clearly with the Manager, team members, and Sisters.

• Assist with admissions, transfers, incident reporting, and chart updates.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• At least 2 years of nursing experience.

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds and meet the physical demands of the role.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
