What You’ll Do:

• Implement individualized plans of care for the Sisters.

• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and departmental policies.

• Monitor and document vital signs, intake and output, and changes in condition.

• Supervise, delegate, and support CNAs, NAs, and HHAs in providing quality care.

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals.

• Follow safety protocols, infection-control procedures, and end-of-life care practices.

• Coordinate and accompany Sisters to medical appointments and therapies.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to the Clinical Manager.

• Participate in staff orientation, training, and continuing education.

• Support activities and enrichment programming.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• At least two years of nursing experience.

• Experience supervising or delegating care to others.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in geriatric or dementia care.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Experience in healthcare or residential care settings.
