QualificationsJob Requirements:Associate's degree or Diploma of NursingOne year of Charge Nurse experience in hospital setting OR more than one year of clinical or management experienceBLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient careValid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire);Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in nursing.National Certification in clinical specialty care.
