Job Description
Project Manager
Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, often ranging from renovations and tenant improvements to healthcare and commercial upgrades. Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal project teams. Prepare and review project pricing, change orders, and cost tracking reports. Help develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery. Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates. Contribute to estimating, operations, and project management responsibilities. Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and problem-solving. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Experience supporting construction projects valued up to $10M. Background in commercial construction, renovations, healthcare, retail, tenant improvement, industrial, or occupied-space projects. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Proficiency with project management and construction software tools. Desire to grow into a Project Manager role in the near future. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
