Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, often ranging from renovations and tenant improvements to healthcare and commercial upgrades. Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal project teams. Prepare and review project pricing, change orders, and cost tracking reports. Help develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery. Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates. Contribute to estimating, operations, and project management responsibilities. Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and problem-solving. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
