Frank and Margie's are looking for the next Chef de Cuisine to lead the next team at Frank and Margie’s. 


This is a supervisory role. 


General Duties: 


  • Directly oversee daily operations, ensuring the quality of food will amaze our guests each visit
  • Work with menu costing, inventory control, ordering of food and smallwares
  • Ensure food consistency with every order
  • Assist with managing inventory, ordering, maintaining proper food rotation and food safety standards.
  • In the absence of the Chef de Cuisine, the sous chef will be the point of contact for the entire shift in all aspects. 
  • Direct supervision of the team, responsible for hiring and training staff.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards
  • Additional duties as assigned

Essential Skills


  • Leadership skills and proven experience in a leadership or progressive leadership role
  • Knowledgeable about  food products and food safety
  • Be able to complete prep and other tasks in a timely manner 
  • High level of communication to Cprporate,, staff members and guests.

Background & Experience


Ideal candidate will come with 3-5 years of progressive professional experience working in a scratch kitchen in both leadership and culinary expertise.
