Cherokee Country Club is seeking a passionate, driven, and team-oriented Chef de Cuisine to join one of Knoxville's premier private clubs.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives on leading people, developing talent, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for someone who is as committed to building a strong kitchen culture as they are to producing outstanding food.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operation of our Clubhouse kitchen.
  
• Inspire, coach, and develop a talented culinary team.
  
• Ensure consistent execution, presentation, and quality of every dish.
  
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, organization, and professionalism.
  
• Work alongside the Executive Chef to continually elevate the member dining experience.
  
• Assist with menu execution and development, special events, and club-wide culinary initiatives.
  
• Manage production, food quality, and kitchen efficiency while fostering a positive, respectful work environment.
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
  
• Private club, luxury hotel, or upscale restaurant experience preferred.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• A hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others and leading by example.
  
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
