Chef/Kitchen Manager
to help lead our back-of-house operations and support our continued growth.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, proven leader, and passionate about quality food and team culture. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of something exciting.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including prep, execution, and cleanliness.
Lead and train BOH team members to ensure consistency and quality.
Monitor food and labor costs, inventory, and waste to maintain profitability.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Experience
3 5 years of BOH management experience (fast-casual or full-service).
ServeSafe certified a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with cost controls, inventory systems, and staff training
Passion for hospitality and food quality
