Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout all shifts.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, portion control, and consistency.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients properly.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support menu development, specials, and recipe improvements as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen tools, and food preparation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
