Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and improves chemical manufacturing processes for beauty products.
- Evaluates equipment and production methods to boost efficiency and output.
- Collaborates with ownership on process implementation strategies.
- Identifies opportunities to reduce waste, downtime, and costs.
- Supports scaling initiatives and volume growth planning.
- Develops and maintains process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Assists with troubleshooting production challenges and corrective actions.
- Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Required Technical Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience improving chemical manufacturing processes.
- Experience evaluating and optimizing production equipment/workflows for efficiency and output.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments with safety and quality compliance.
- Strong understanding of process improvement and manufacturing principles.
