Job TitleLead Process EngineerJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of process and manufacturing engineersProvide day-to-day technical leadership supporting production operationsDrive process optimization (yield, throughput, cost, capability) while maintaining purity standardsTroubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement sustainable solutionsLead root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actionsOversee raw material engineering, supplier performance, and material qualificationPartner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D teamsDrive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologiesLead/support capital projects (equipment upgrades, process improvements, expansions)Ensure compliance with EHS, regulatory, and safety standardsSupport process safety programs, hazard reviews, and incident investigationsContribute to new product introductions and process scale-upsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
