Lead Process EngineerLead process engineering for high-purity chemical production and optimization. The organization operates in a highly technical, quality-driven environment where process control, purity standards, and manufacturing consistency are critical to enabling next-generation electronics and digital technologies.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead and develop a team of engineers supporting manufacturing operations and process performance.Drive process optimization initiatives focused on yield, throughput, cost, and stability.Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process deviations, equipment issues, and quality concerns.Oversee raw material qualification, supplier technical interactions, and material performance evaluation.Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS teams to ensure stable and compliant manufacturing processes.Lead continuous improvement efforts using data-driven and structured problem-solving methodologies.Support capital projects including equipment upgrades, process improvements, and capacity expansions.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Support new product introductions and process scale-up activities.Maintain strong engineering documentation, standards, and technical knowledge systems.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
