We are hiring for Chemistry Lab Manager for a well known large hospital. Responsibilities include:
Ensure quality of testing and clinical services in compliance with established standards including ensuring safe employee / patient environment.
Direct and supervise tests performed by Chemistry Scientists and interprets results for physicians and provide advise on follow-up tests, as needed.
Oversee Quality Control Program and prepare reports for the management and establish Quality Assurance Program to review technologists performances, compliances, Quality Control and test results.
Take initiatives for effective utilization of laboratory / IT software
Hire and train laboratory staff and be responsible for effective performance management
Requirements
Atleast 4-6 years relevant experience
BS degree in healthcare discipline
ASCP or NCA Certification
