Position: Chemicals Safety for Redteaming
Type:Contract
Compensation:$65–$75 per task
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in chemistry, labeled as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.
• Evaluate model responses against defined policy standards to ensure correct handling.
• Write reference answers with technical reasoning for correct responses.
• Judge the calibration of prompts, distinguishing between mechanism and procedure.
• Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience in synthesis, analytical chemistry, or chemical safety.
• Strong technical writing skills with a clear rationale for judgments.

Preferred

• Experience in AI evaluation or red-teaming.
• Backgrounds in Chemical Defense Research, Synthetic/Process Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Hygiene, or Forensic/Toxicological Chemistry.
