CHHA's support Seniors in their homes. CHHA’s provide the help people need to stay at home and out of a nursing home. CHHA services are based on a plan of care supervised by a nurse and are scheduled according to the needs of the customer. A Better Life Homecare serves people 24/7 and our employees provide outstanding, person centered services.

• Follow Plan of Care as written, requesting updates and modifications based on customer needs
• Clearly document all aspects of services provided
• Maintain a high degree of honesty and integrity at all times
• Transport people as needed
• Acquire and maintain all required and needed training to properly serve customers
• Maintain valid driver’s license and auto insurance at all times
• Perform all aspects of job safely and using good judgment
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all BiosCare customers, families and employees
• Work to increase knowledge and skills in areas relevant to position and customers
• Communicate openly and respectfully with customers, supervisors, members of the community
• Represent BiosCare well in all aspects of manner, dress, communication and actions

Schedules are flexible working during the day, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License.
• Have a vehicle with current insurance in applicants name.
• Clean Background.
• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA or CHHA certification.

We have many different shifts available all over the Bartlesville area! We offer paid training, overtime, and DailyPay- a program where you can get paid the same day you work!
