Position: Delivery Driver

About the Role:
- Bring the Chick-fil-A experience right to our guests’ doorsteps! As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests receive their orders accurately, safely, and with exceptional service. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy driving, providing great customer service, and representing the Chick-fil-A brand in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and deliver catering and mobile orders.
- Provide excellent guest service at drop-off.
- Keep delivery equipment clean and organized.
Other Responsibilities:
- Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times
- Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency
- Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on a delivery
- Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous) at all times
- Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shift
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Experience:
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Your own vehicle (no store vehicle provided).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently
- Able to lift and carry food orders (up to 25 lbs.)
