We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to join our leadership team at Chick-fil-A Green Mount Commons. As the second-in-command and right-hand leader to the Owner/Operator, the Executive Director will play a vital role in leading the restaurant's Director team while helping guide the overall strategy and direction of the business. This position is ideal for a proven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who can think beyond day-to-day operations, identify opportunities and gaps within the business, and develop other high-level leaders. You will be empowered to make decisions that impact every area of the business and help lead the organization as if you were the franchise owner. The Executive Director will work closely with the Owner/Operator to develop the leadership team, maximize restaurant performance, strengthen organizational alignment, and position the business for continued long-term growth.
Your Impact
Partner closely with the Owner/Operator on high-level business strategy, organizational priorities, and long-term goal setting
Lead and develop the restaurant's team of Directors, providing coaching, accountability, and clear strategic direction
Evaluate the business as a whole, proactively identifying gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement across operations, people, and financial performance
Build alignment across departments and leaders, ensuring shared priorities translate into consistent execution throughout the organization
Develop high-level leaders by identifying strengths and growth opportunities, providing meaningful feedback, and helping each leader maximize their impact
Drive restaurant performance by analyzing key metrics, identifying trends, and turning data into actionable strategies
Build a high-performance culture by coaching leaders, holding teams accountable, and providing clear direction
Drive profitability by identifying operational inefficiencies, reducing waste, and supporting strategic growth initiatives
Foster a healthy team culture by addressing performance and interpersonal issues directly, using established coaching frameworks
Maintain a strong understanding of restaurant operations while empowering Directors and other leaders to effectively lead their areas of responsibility
Background Profile
Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
Previous experience leading and developing a team of other leaders/managers with proven results
Proven ability to think strategically, identify business gaps, and turn opportunities into action
Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
