We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with strengths in team development, training, and/or restaurant operations. Candidates will be considered for Training Director or Executive Leadership opportunities based on their background, demonstrated results, and organizational needs. Partner with the Owner/Operator and leadership team to develop strong teams, improve performance, and deliver an excellent guest experience. This is a hands-on restaurant leadership opportunity, with responsibilities aligned to your experience and area of leadership.

- Depending on role placement, lead training and development initiatives or oversee daily restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH execution
Background Profile
- 5+ years of leadership experience in training, team development, and/or restaurant operations
- Demonstrated success leading teams and developing leaders
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Open availability, including opening and closing shifts
- For Training Director opportunities, experience leading training programs
- For Executive Leadership opportunities, 5+ years of high-level restaurant experience with both FOH and BOH
- College degree, previous Chick-fil-A experience, and ServSafe certification (Highly Preferred)
