We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to join our leadership team at Chick-fil-A Medina. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing people, building strong teams, and driving operational excellence. Whether your strengths are in kitchen operations, hospitality, or overall restaurant leadership, we want to connect with individuals who can take ownership, develop others, and deliver meaningful results.  Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will help strengthen daily operations, develop future leaders, improve systems, and create an environment where both Team Members and guests thrive. Specific leadership responsibilities will be aligned with your experience, strengths, and the needs of the restaurant.

Your Impact

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Members and emerging leaders to build a high-performing restaurant team
• Take ownership of assigned operational areas, ensuring consistent execution and accountability
• Lead restaurant shifts while maintaining high standards for hospitality, food quality, safety, and efficiency
• Build a culture of servant leadership, teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and developing Team Members and future leaders
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and operational readiness within assigned areas
• Establish clear expectations, provide meaningful feedback, and address performance concerns
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve operational results
• Identify opportunities to strengthen systems, improve processes, and increase efficiency
• Partner with fellow leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences and a positive team culture
• Support operational goals related to food safety, order accuracy, speed of service, labor, and profitability
• Develop leaders who can maintain excellence and accountability even when you are not physically present

Background Profile

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop individuals and teams
• Demonstrated success improving performance, strengthening accountability, or achieving measurable results
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance genuine care for people with clear expectations and operational accountability
• Comfortable leading shifts, managing multiple priorities, and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling, operational metrics, training, inventory, or food safety preferred
• Chick-fil-A experience is a plus but not required
• Passion for servant leadership, continuous improvement, and developing others
