We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Clemson / Seneca. This “hands-on” leadership opportunity offers a unique pathway to becoming a Managing Partner, taking ownership of restaurant operations, developing high-performing teams, and driving exceptional results. You will play an instrumental role in strengthening operational excellence, building a culture of genuine care, and developing future leaders. You will work alongside an experienced Owner/Operator with 26 years of Chick-fil-A experience who has helped develop 8 future Chick-fil-A Owner/Operators and is passionate about investing in the growth of his leaders.

Your Impact

• Delivering operational excellence & coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant
  
• Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations
  
• Managing a team of 100+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
  
• Driving restaurant performance through analyzing key metrics, improving productivity, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for growth
  
• Maintaining a work environment that prioritizes food safety, team safety, and exceptional guest experiences
  
• Strengthening restaurant systems, training processes, and operational standards to create consistency and sustainable results
  
• Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
  
• Taking ownership of restaurant operations while supporting a culture centered on Craveable Food, Fast; Genuine Care; and Memorable Moments
  

Background Profile

• 2+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to lead and develop teams
  
• Open availability, including Saturdays and Clemson football game days
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, inspire, coach, and hold others accountable
  
• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or other hands-on operational leadership experience preferred; Chick-fil-A experience is a plus
  
• Proven track record of developing others and building high-performing teams
  
• Detail-oriented, numbers-driven problem solver who takes initiative, embraces change, and demonstrates strong ownership
  
• Highly coachable, self-motivated leader with strong character, integrity, and a genuine passion for serving others
  
• Willingness to learn and lead both Front of House and Back of House operations
  
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Clemson / Seneca area​
