The Climb is a competitive leadership program at Chick-fil-A Singing Hills built for those looking to advance their career and experience a unique, hands-on management opportunity. It offers a premier, two-year commitment designed to fast-track a leader to Restaurant Shift Leader and then into Senior Restaurant Leader in an accelerated time. This specialized track clears a path in the first 6-9 months through the operational basics, helping high-potential talent find their footing and quickly grow as leaders in the hills. New leaders will then take ownership of a major area of the business for the remaining 18 months, giving them an opportunity to apply what they've learned.

What Your Two-Year Journey Looks Like

Phase 1: Months 1 to 9

This is your initial ascent where the focus is all about establishing a solid footing in our operational core. You will work alongside the team to master the terrain of our daily systems, proving you have the endurance, pace, and leadership foundation to step into a Restaurant Shift Leader role within 6 to 9 months.

Phase 2: Months 10 to 24

Once you reach the crest as a leader, the focus shifts from mastering your own footing to helping others find theirs. You will take full ownership of a major part of the business, like the kitchen or the drive-thru. Your primary goal during these 18 months is to support your team by mentoring and developing the Shift Leaders and Team Members around you. By helping others grow and leading your team effectively, you will build the foundation needed for executive-level leadership down the road.

• The Prep: A bachelor's degree OR equivalent leadership drive (we value transitioning military and experienced team captains/managers from other fast-paced industries).
• The Availability: Full-time drive (40-45 hours/week), ready for opening/closing shifts and Saturdays.
• The Stamina: Physical capacity to work on your feet for 8-10 hours per day, lift 40 lbs, and work in the Texas heat.

Our Hiring Process: Fast & Intentional

We respect your time and operate on a strict 5-day target hiring cycle:

• Day 0-1: Application received and reviewed.
• Day 1-3: One structured in-person interview and an interactive restaurant tour.
• Day 3-4: Final conversation with the Owner-Operator or senior leadership team.
