Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

RW Zant is looking for dependable, hardworking Chicken Processors to join our 1st Shift production team!
If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, works well with others, and takes pride in getting the job done right, we'd love to hear from you!
Cut, trim, debone, sort, and package chicken products.
Inspect products to ensure quality and freshness.
Safely operate processing tools and equipment.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
Follow USDA, HACCP, and company food safety guidelines.
Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
Follow all workplace safety procedures.
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
Comfortable working in refrigerated areas and around raw poultry.
Willing to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Previous food processing or poultry experience is a plus!
