The SLA Analysis Group’s mission is to deliver objective analyses, plans and strategies to US Navy, US Marine Corps, USAF, other DoD, and Australian Defence Force clients to support technology development, acquisition, delivery and sustainment decisions. The group provides the core of SPA thought leadership on Undersea Strategy, Software Development and Cost Estimating, with additional benchmark capabilities in AI/ML & Decision Analytics, Modeling and Simulation, and Future Force Assessments. #MC #Dice

The successful candidate will: 

• Serve as a key advisor and subject matter expert, providing strategic recommendations and technical guidance to program staff, senior leadership, and executive stakeholders.
• Architect and deliver resilient, secure, and scalable solutions for classified SAP cloud environments, including IL4–IL6, SAP/SCI, and hybrid cloud integrations
• Provide technical expertise on Azure cloud services and solutions, classified and SAP networking architectures, emphasizing ABAC, hybrid connectivity, CDS, hyperscale cloud, and collaboration services
• Offer detailed analysis of client-specific and mission-critical challenges, focusing on risk management, cost implications, and mission alignment for cloud SAP environments
• Consult with customers to define needs, address problems, and deliver innovative solutions tailored to requirements.
• Design and oversee enterprise architectures that align with organizational objectives and classified operations.
• Develop and maintain cloud governance frameworks, operating models, and enterprise architecture strategies for scalable and resilient environments.
• Apply enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, DoDAF) and best practices to ensure successful implementation across classified and hybrid environments

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• 15+ years related experience with 5 years in a SAP/SCI environment
• Big Data (e.g., Hadoop, NiFi, Spark, PySpark, Dask, etc.)
• Experience in application migration
• Active Top Secret, SCI eligible
