The next CEO of Deeper Walk International will step into a deeply meaningful and highly consequential leadership role at a ministry forged out of a founder's personal journey, sustained by a devoted following, and proven by content that has genuinely changed lives. The ideal candidate will be:

• A strong and secure executive who holds full operational authority while treating Founder alignment as a strength to steward in order to elevate the ministry into its next season.
• A discerning organizational architect who can convert two decades of Founder-driven momentum into sustainable infrastructure that outlasts any single leader.
• A revenue-minded strategic force who treats fundraising as a core executive discipline and is capable of building a scalable development engine that compounds over time.
• A culture-fluent change agent who can absorb the organization’s theological and missional DNA with enough fluency to lead transformation through earned trust.
• A governance-mature partner to the board who builds institutional trust through consistency, transparency, and disciplined execution at the highest level of leadership.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The position calls for a leader of real command presence – someone who claims full operational authority and who finds in founder alignment not a limit on that authority but a force multiplier for it. They will advance the Founder’s legacy through decisive leadership, expand momentum and infrastructure, and turn a proven body of content and vision into ministry impact that scales. This opportunity carries extraordinary promise – a rare inflection point at which the mission and content are already proven and an experienced executive leader is the only variable standing between the ministry and its full trajectory. Deeper Walk has a defining runway for the right CEO, with a Founder ready to release control, a healthy board equipped to govern, and genuine missional momentum.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hold operational leadership and decision-making across the ministry, translating vision into clear
• operating plans.
• Lead and develop the division directors, building management depth and accountability.
• Own the development function, including major-donor relationships and overall fundraising results,
• in partnership with the development team.
• Steward finances, including budgeting, financial oversight, and board-level reporting.
• Oversee core programs, including the School of Ministry, Church Partnerships, and Publishing.
• Partner with the Board on governance, strategy, and reporting.
• Serve as a credible public representative of the ministry, alongside the founder’s ambassador role.
