Overview
The Chief Financial Officer serves as a senior member of Bridge Towers executive leadership team and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Companys Finance, Accounting, and Construction Accounting functions.
Reporting directly to the Managing Partners, the CFO will provide enterprise-level financial leadership across a complex, vertically integrated real estate platform. This role will connect financial strategy with operating execution, ensuring leadership has the reporting, analysis, controls, and financial insight necessary to make informed decisions across the business.
The CFO will work closely with the Managing Partner of Finance to provide continuity and executive ownership across recurring financial operations, reporting, planning, and cross-functional finance initiatives. The role will assume increasing responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the finance organization while supporting the Managing Partners continued focus on capital strategy, investor relationships, and long-term growth.
This is a highly visible, hands-on executive role requiring both strategic financial leadership and the ability to operate effectively within the details of a growing business.
