Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years as CFO, Deputy CFO, or equivalent role.

Salary Range

  • 500K - 600K

Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

  • Develop long-range financial forecasts and strategic plans.
  • Present financial performance and recommendations to the Board of Trustees.

Revenue Cycle Management

  • Establish performance metrics for billing, collections, and cash acceleration.
  • Monitor payer performance and reimbursement trends.

Government Reimbursement

  • Lead Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement strategy.
  • Maximize supplemental funding opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with governmental agencies and regulators.

Operational Finance

  • Managed Care and Payer Contracting.
  • Physician compensation and productivity analyses.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership on operational improvement initiatives.

Capital and Facilities Finance

  • Develop infrastructure investment strategies.
  • Evaluate capital expenditures and return on investment.
  • Assist in grant procurement and financing initiatives.
