Chief Mechanical Estimator

Required experience:

• 3+ years' experience in a Director or Executive level role
• 10+ years' experience as an Estimator in Mechanical Construction
• Must have experience with computerized software such as QuickBooks, Bluebeam (Revu)
• Ability to Read and Interpret Construction Drawings and Contract Documents
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Bachelors Degree Highly Preferred, or equivalent work Experience
• Must be authorized to work in US and able to Pass Criminal Background Check
• Must pass drug test and must have clean criminal record to permit clearance to Military and Government Facilities
