Chief of Staff

Our client is a fast-growing AI finance startup seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with both founders daily, owning recruiting, sales ops, GTM experimentation, and internal execution across every function.

This is an early-career, high-slope role for someone who is exceptionally organized, moves fast, and is eager to break into the startup world, with a clear path to growing into a senior operator as the company scales.

What You'll Do:

- Manage hiring and recruiting operations: sourcing, interviewing, and tracking candidates as the team scales

- Own pilot success for sales engagements: sit in on client calls, project manage proof-of-value steps, and ensure clients have a seamless experience

- Drive GTM experimentation: identify which channels are working, optimize outbound email and ad campaigns using AI tools, and double down on what's performing

- Work directly with both founders daily across recruiting, customer follow-up, sales ops, investor relations, and internal execution

- Make decisions autonomously while executing on founder priorities with speed and precision

- Leverage AI tools extensively (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and Codex) to automate and accelerate operations

Key Requirements:

- 1-4 years of post-grad experience; sweet spot is 1-2 years out with high slope

- MBB consulting strongly preferred; banking or PE analyst program also a strong fit

- Early-stage startup Chief of Staff, BizOps, or Strategy & Ops experience considered

- Hands-on daily use of AI tools; must be able to speak to what they've automated or built

- Project management and implementation experience; ran workstreams end-to-end

- Strong school pedigree; top-20 or Stanford/Harvard tier preferred

- Ability to use or interest in learning Claude Code and Codex
