Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing technology startup based in San Francisco, for a Chief of Staff to operate as a true force multiplier to the CEO. This is a high-visibility, high-trust role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating the CEO's priorities into concrete plans, driving alignment across departments, and making sure the most important initiatives in the company actually get done.
Day to day, you will move fluidly between boardroom-level strategy conversations and the operational details that make strategy real, running point on cross-functional initiatives, preparing materials for the leadership team and board, and closing the gaps between departments before they become problems. The ideal candidate is a sharp, low-ego operator who can build structure out of ambiguity, earn trust quickly across the organization, and represent the CEO's intent with judgment and discretion.
