Chief of Staff

Our client is an integrated creative and performance marketing agency founded in 2012, with offices in San Francisco, New York, and Vietnam. They partner with Fortune 500 brands and Series A/B startups across creative, content, paid media, and performance marketing. They're in a growth phase and actively evolving into an AI-native organization.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Staff will own internal coordination, process development, and AI tool rollout across the org. This person needs to be an operator who can build systems and processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational coordination across SF, NY, and Vietnam
• Build SOPs from scratch across time tracking, resourcing, and onboarding
• Lead recruitment and onboarding as the team grows
• Define and implement workflows for vendor payments and billing
• Drive sourcing and management of an AI content creator bench
• Own rollout and adoption of new AI tools across the organization
• Lead office operations as our SF HQ scales
• Partner directly with the CEO on strategic projects and business priorities

Qualifications

• Chief of Staff or operations experience at a high-growth company (tech startup or agency), reporting to the CEO — this is the ideal profile
• Alternatively, a fresh MBA from a top-tier school with prior management consulting or finance experience
• Strong track record of building SOPs from scratch with minimal oversight
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
• Able to work onsite in SF 4 days/week (remote Fridays)
• Agency experience and familiarity with AI tools are both a plus
