Job Description
An exciting Chief of Staff opportunity in Workforce & Experience Technology (WxT) awaits you within the Employee Platforms organization. As a trusted partner to the WxT CTO, you will sit at the center of the organization to drive portfolio governance and operational oversight, connect strategy to execution, measure outcomes, and lead key rhythms across organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, financial management, and communications/change management in a complex technology environment.
Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, synthesize complex information into clear recommendations, and drive alignment across diverse teams. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational rigor, strong project management, and effective communication skills to accelerate organizational outcomes. The role and team partners closely with the WxT leadership, Product delivery team, Finance, HR, and Employee Platform's enablement team to improve execution discipline, strengthen efficiency, drive portfolio governance, and translate strategy into coordinated outcomes across WxT.
