A growing staffing company is hiring a Chief Operating Officer to take over day-to-day operations, implement new technology, and lead the team through its next stage of growth. This COO takes full ownership of how the business runs and is expected to bring the vision to modernize it. With profit share on top of base, this role's compensation is tied directly to the growth it drives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Technology Implementation

• Identify and implement new technology across the business
• Lead the adoption of new systems and tools within the team

Team Management

• Manage and lead the team

Qualifications

• Experience leading day-to-day operations at a senior level
• Track record of implementing new technology within an organization
• Proven ability to manage teams and scale operations
• Visionary leader comfortable owning a growing business's operations
• Able to work hybrid in Monsey, NY
