Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive operational leadership.
• 10+ years in executive leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site or national operations.
• Full P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success improving profitability and scaling organizations.
• Experience leading organizations exceeding $50 million in annual revenue preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own operational P&L, budgeting, forecasting, EBITDA, and profitability.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth.

• Standardize processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with Finance to improve forecasting and financial performance.
• Build, coach, and develop executive leadership.
• Improve client satisfaction, retention, and service quality.
• Oversee contractor network performance and operational capacity.
• Champion technology, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Lead strategic planning, expansion initiatives, and organizational change.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.
