Job Summary:

As a key member of the Silencer Central Executive Management team, the Chief Revenue Officer will report to the COO and assume a strategic role in the revenue management of the company. The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating functions of the organization, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations. This executive role focuses on driving growth, increasing profitability, and executing scalable strategies to achieve financial targets.

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute the company's revenue strategy across sales, marketing, and distribution
  • Align sales, marketing, and customer retention efforts to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value.
  • Lead and manage the revenue-generating teams, including setting KPIs and tracking performance through-out all revenue channels.
  • Build, develop, and oversee product management team
  • Collaborate with the executive team to set company-wide strategic goals and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, sales channels, products and partnerships for growth.
  • Analyze revenue trends and develop forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Optimize the sales funnel to increase conversion and retention.
  • Oversee pricing strategy and ensure it supports revenue goals and stays competitive
  • Ensure consistent execution of business development, account management, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Drives the customer loyalty program to increase customer acquisitions and influence customer lifetime value.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and results.
