Childcare Aide – Now Hiring!


We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Childcare Aide to join our team! If you have a passion for working with young children and enjoy being part of a positive, supportive environment, we would love to meet you.


Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
  
  
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start date)
  
  
• Must meet Minnesota DHS aide requirements
  
  
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers preferred
  
  
• Patient, nurturing, and dependable
  
  

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities
  
  
• Support children with learning, play, meals, and transitions
  
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
  
  
• Supervise children to ensure safety at all times
  
  
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
  
  
• Follow center policies and Minnesota licensing guidelines
