Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while adhering to dietary restrictions.
- Assist with homework and educational activities to promote learning.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for children at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and needs.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to foster a positive atmosphere.
- Implement daily routines that include physical activities and creative play.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Experience in child care or a related field is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations with patience.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Background check clearance is required.
- Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in child development is a plus.
