Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Site Supervisor, the CDC Secretary acts as secretary to the site supervisor and as the receptionist to the child development center; performs a wide variety of responsible clerical work to assists the site supervisor; and does other related work as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

Resume, Copy of high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous clerical experience at a California State Preschool helpful. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
