Responsibilities As a Child Care Aide
Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
Supervise children during play, meals, and transitions
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
Support children's social and emotional development
Prepare classroom materials and learning centers
Greet families and visitors warmly
Follow all licensing regulations and company policies
Participate in training and professional development opportunities

- Previous childcare experience is helpful but not required
