Childcare Center Cook - Preschool
The Learning Experience - Foxboro, MA 
Pay: $20-$22 per hour, based on experience 
Schedule: Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Foxboro is seeking a dependable Childcare Center Cook to prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for our children.

You'll play an important role in supporting children's health and well-being while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to established menus

  • Follow appropriate portion sizes and meal schedules

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen

  • Properly store, label, rotate, and monitor food supplies

  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

  • Accommodate documented food allergies and dietary restrictions

  • Distribute meals and snacks to classrooms

  • Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs

  • Maintain required food service documentation

  • Follow applicable Massachusetts food safety and childcare requirements

Qualifications

  • ServSafe certification required

  • Previous professional cooking or food preparation experience preferred

  • Experience in childcare, school, or group meal preparation is a plus

  • Knowledge of sanitation, food storage, and allergy safety

  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
