Assistant Daycare Teacher

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dependable Assistant Teacher to join our team! If you're passionate about early childhood education and enjoy working alongside a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Lead Teacher in creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.
- Help implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, supporting hands-on learning experiences for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play, exploration, and daily interactions.
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with children and their families by communicating daily through our mobile app and in-person conversations.
- Work collaboratively with your teaching team to create a positive, fun, and enriching learning experience every day.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 6 months of childcare or daycare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Must meet all state licensing requirements for the position.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping young children learn and grow.
