Requirements:

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic
• 1-10 years of HVAC/R or fabrication experience, demonstrating your expertise
• Mechanical inclination and a passion for hands-on work
• Ability to read blueprints to determine the location, size, capacity, and type of components needed to build a refrigeration system
• Familiarity with soldering and brazing in a production environment
• Experience with refrigeration equipment and knowledge of refrigerant handling best practices
• Basic plumbing or piping experience
• Basic electrical/wiring experience
• A learner's attitude with a willingness to acquire new skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tanks for chillers, including insulation and installation of fittings, ensuring their proper functioning
• Install heat exchangers, tanks, and pumps onto chiller frames using a variety of hand tools
• Skillfully layout and connect various components together, working with PVC, copper, and brass fittings
• Employ your expertise in brazing copper pipes and fittings
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to optimize productivity

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
