Dave's Chimney Service, LLC. in Methuen, MA, is looking for a full-time Chimney Lead Technician- Foreman. The pay is up to $150,000 per year, based on your experience.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

As a Chimney Lead Technician- Foreman, you will spend your days installing, servicing, and repairing chimneys for our customers. You'll talk to customers, answer their questions, and help solve their problems. You'll use our software to track of invoices. You'll work with your team, help make sure everyone has the training they need, and keep your skills sharp. When you're not at a job site, you'll keep your work vehicle clean and stocked. Your work helps keep homes safe and keeps our company running well.

Chimney Lead Technician- Foreman Requirements:

• 2+ years of chimney tech experience
• Masonry experience
• Knowledge of National Fireplace Institute (NFI) or National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA) codes and clearances
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Reliable form of transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and work in high locations
• Ability to work on roofs and scaffolding without fear
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Proficiency with technology, including iPad
• Ability to work well as part of a team and step up to lead
• Strong work ethic, communication skills, and adaptability
• Personable, friendly, and helpful attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications-

• Residency within 40 minutes of our office
• (CCR) Certified Chimney Relining Certificate- Preferred
