CHMC- ICU- RN Supervisor- Full Time- Day Shift- 7a-7p Req 9593 Pay range $46.28-$61.33 Job Summary: Maintains quality patient care through effective management of the activities of Patient Care Services staff during his/her assigned shift. In the absence of Administration, has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions. REPORTS TO: VP of Nursing EDUCATION: Required: Minimum of associates degree and five years experience as a registered nurse Preferred: Bachelors degree and three years experience LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: Required: Valid New York State registered nurse license. Successful completion of both BLS and ACLS courses TRAINING and EXPERIENCE: Required: Patient care experience in multiple practice settings desirable Preferred: leadership experience preferred.
