CHMG Product Manager Senior

The role is responsible for owning and delivering one or more products or initiatives that support Medical Group clinical operations, performance outcomes, and leader decision-making. This role manages complex products within an assigned domain and ensures solutions deliver measurable value and are adopted effectively. The role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle-from problem definition through implementation and sustained performance-and partners with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate Medical Group priorities into actionable, scalable solutions. This role may be assigned to different product domains or initiatives over time based on Medical Group priorities and operates with limited supervision.

Essential Job Function

Product Ownership & Delivery

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products or initiatives, from discovery and definition through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

• Translate Medical Group priorities and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps that balance near-term delivery with longer-term objectives.

• Design solutions grounded in a strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Partner with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to understand needs, validate solutions, and drive adoption.

• Engage subject matter experts to inform product design and ensure practical, usable outcomes.

• Collaborate with planning, project management, education, optimization, analytics, and IT teams to ensure coordinated delivery.

• Communicate product priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

Analytics, Insights, and Performance Support

• Use data, reporting, and feedback to assess product performance and guide improvement.

• Ensure products provide timely, actionable information that supports accountability and decision-making.

• Promote transparency, data quality, and appropriate data use within assigned products.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor adoption and performance outcomes, using insights to drive iterative enhancements.

• Ensure solutions align with applicable regulatory, privacy, security, and governance standards.

• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce variation, and improve operational efficiency.

• Contribute to shared product management practices and standards within the Medical Group.

Education

• Required: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, industrial/management engineering, operations, or a related field and or equivalent training and experience.

Experience

• Required: Minimum of 5 years work experience in healthcare operations, clinical workflows, analytics, product management. Demonstrated experience designing workflows and standard work in clinical or operational settings

Demonstrated success managing products or complex initiatives from concept through implementation and sustained adoption.

• Strong product mindset with experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments.

• Ability to engage effectively with clinical, operational, and technical partners.

• Experience translating complex needs into clear requirements and usable solutions.
